FLEETWOOD, Pa.- The West Chester University women's golf team returned to action on Monday afternoon at Moselem Springs Golf Club just outside of Kutztown for the second round of the Kutztown Fall Invitational. After residing in third following the opening round, West Chester climbed into the second on the team leaderboard with a two-days core of 673 (349, 324) after shooting a 324 in the second round. Individually, West Chester finished with four players in the top-10, led by
Margaux Solis (Houston, Tx./Klein) who fired an 81 on Monday to finish sixth with a two-day score of 166 (+26).
Senior
Madilyn Siuta (Coopersburg, Pa./Quakertown) made the biggest move for the Golden Rams on day two, climbing from a tie for 21st after round one to ninth on the individual leaderboard at the end of round two after shooting an 80, which included an opening-nine 37 thanks to back-to-back birdies on the par-four second and par-three third on Monday afternoon.
