Men's Soccer Announces Incoming Freshman Class

WEST CHESTER, Pa.-Head Coach Michael Benn announced today the next group of student-athletes enrolling this fall who will help the program pursue a PSAC Championship and berth in the NCAA Tournament.

There are seven newcomers in this year's recruiting class. Six students hail from Pennsylvania, and one comes north from Delaware. The class is made up of three forwards, one midfielder, one defender, and two goalkeepers.

"This class continues our program's mandate to find young men who are tremendous people, students, and athletes," began Benn. "They are as excited to be a part of WCU Soccer as we are to welcome them to our family. Our coaching staff feels very good about our roster, and while we don't need these young men to come in and play right away, they are each capable of doing so, and will have every chance to earn playing time.  When you add this group with our four mid-year transfers who joined last January (Simeon Dorsey, Devven Frey, Ryan Jammes and Christian Vorchheimer), we are very excited about this fall's team and in our program's future."
