Rams Let's Walk is a 5K walk and run to support student health and athlete mental health initiatives. The WCU Cheerleaders will be on campus to help support and cheer on runners and walkers throughout the course. WCU cheerleader,

Mental health and suicide prevention awareness are topics near and dear to WCU Athletics, affecting WCU student-athletes and the community directly.
