West Chester posted a historic win over Kutztown on Saturday, racing out to an early lead in the first 15 minutes thanks to three quick trys by Christelle Adikpeto (Abomey Calavi, Benin/Moon Area) as she was one of 14 different Golden Rams to score a program record 19 trys in the victory.
Adikpeto’s Addition
Adikpeto has been a tremendous addition for head coach Tony DeRemer and the Golden Rams thus far in 2024, as the newcomer has scored a team-best five trys for 25 points on the year in just four games played. Adikpeto scored one try against both Frostburg State and New Haven before scoring three in the win over Kutztown on Saturday.

West Chester has outscored opponents 193-39 during its three-game winning streak, including a historic 111-0 victory over Kutztown on the road on Saturday morning.
Series History
West Chester trails Navy 2-3 in 15s matches dating back to 2013. West Chester enjoyed a two-game winning streak vs Navy in 2015 and 2021 but has dropped each of the last two meetings opposite the Midshipmen, including a 38-3 setback in Annapolis a year ago.
Make it Four?
With a win on Saturday afternoon, West Chester would enjoy its first four-game winning streak since 2021 when the Golden Rams completed an unbeaten regular season, which included a 31-30 win over Navy on September 25 of that year.
