LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its men's soccer weekly award winners on Monday afternoon, and
Alexi Amanatidis (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./The Shipley School) earned PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Amanatidis made a career-high 10 saves in his fourth start of the season to help West Chester to an important 1-0 shutout victory over No. 13 Bloomsburg. Amanatidis also started against East Stroudsburg earlier in the week and made three saves in an eventual 1-0 loss to the Warriors.
West Chester will be back in action on Wednesday night at Millersville, beginning at 7 p.m.
