First Round Results
FAIRVIEW, Pa.- Ryan D'Ariano (West Chester, Pa./Rustin) fired a three-over 75 after shooting a two-under 34 on the back nine with four birdies on the back and five on the day to help lead the West Chester University men's golf team in the opening round of the Atlantic/East Regional Preview at Whispering Woods Golf Club on Monday. West Chester is 19
th on the team leaderboard with an opening score of 321 while D'Ariano resides in a tie for 29
th individually heading into the second and final round on Tuesday.
Davis & Elkins and Gannon sit atop the team leaderboard with a 293 team score while Mario Battaglia of Pitt-Johnstown leads the way as an individual after shooting a two-under 70 on Monday.
