BERLIN, Md.- The West Chester University men's golf team is finishing its preparations for its next Tournament of the spring 2026 season as the team heads for Berlin, Maryland to compete in Battle of Rum Pointe at Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links on Friday and Saturday in its final Tournament of March.

Last Time Out
West Chester opened its spring season with a seventh-place finish at the Pawley's Island Beach Bash on Pawley's Island in South Carolina. West Chester fired a 302 in the first round and a 310 in the second to finish with a 36-hole score of 612, which was good enough for seventh on the team leaderboard.
Paul-Arthur Roth (Virginia Beach, Va./Frank W. Cox) led West Chester on the individual leaderboard with a 10
th-place finish with a two-day score of four-over (72, 76; 148).
Yamato Kimura (Kuwana Mie, Japan/Monteverde Academy) was 14
th as the lone other Golden Ram in the top-20 at seven-over-par after firing a 74 in the first round and a 77 in the second and final round.
The Field
West Chester will be joined at Rum Pointe by Iona, who is serving as the host this week along with Le Moyne, Fairfield, Binghamton, Maryland-Eastern Shore, La Salle, Sacred Heart, Monmouth, Fordham, Colgate, Saint Peter's, Manhattan, Hofstra, Dartmouth, and Rider.
