Faith Matter (Middletown, Pa./Middletown) and

The 2-0 scoreline does not tell the full story of the victory for the Golden Rams as the team held a convincing 18-4 lead in shots and a 13-2 lead in shots on goal, while also finishing the match with a 10-2 lead in corners.
Grace Keen (Lincoln University, Pa./Avon Grove) made a pair of saves in the victory to keep the WVSU offense in check throughout the afternoon.

Matter also continued her climb up the career scoring rankings as she scored her 30
th career goal to move within two goals of a tie for fifth place with
Alyson Cutter (2021-24), who scored 32 goals in her Golden Ram career. Matter also increased her point total to 91, which moved her into a tie for fourth in team history in points with Christina Almquist, who starred for the Golden Rams from 1997-00.
