Weather Update
Due to the impending winter storm, which is set to hit the Northeast beginning on Saturday night and continuing through Sunday, the start time of Saturday's game was adjusted to 12 p.m. to allow for safe travel to and from the game in Lock Haven.
Additionally, West Chester's games against Millersville scheduled for Tuesday have been postponed to Monday, February 2.
Last Time Out
West Chester returns to action on Saturday after a 71-59 win over Shepherd in Hollinger on Wednesday evening. West Chester never trailed and led by as many as 19 in a wire-to-wire victory over the Rams. West Chester held a 19-13 lead at the end of the first quarter and, after a timely 11-0 second-quarter run, held a 33-25 lead heading into the halftime break. West Chester maintained an eight-point lead heading into the fourth before stretching its advantage to as many as 19 in the 12-point victory as the Golden Rams outscored the Rams 23-19 in the fourth. West Chester shot north of 50.0 % from the field in every quarter, including a pair of 8-for-14 (57.1 %) efforts from the field to finish the game shooting 53.7 % (29-of-54), including a 4-for-13 (30.8 %) effort from beyond the arc, while also going 9-for-11 (81.8 %) from the line.
Marianna Papazoglou (North Wildwood, N.J./Wildwood Catholic) led the Golden Ram starters in scoring with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting, including a make from three-point range, while
Macie McCracken (North Wildwood, N.J./Wildwood) led West Chester in scoring with 17 points off the bench on 6-of-9 shooting, including a pair of makes from three-point range.
Ava Mazur (Linwood, N.J./Mainland Regional) was the third and final Golden Ram in double figures with 11 points, while twin sister
Bella Mazur (Linwood, N.J./Mainland Regional) led the team in assists with five, along with eight points.
Lena Stein (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) led the team in rebounding with eight rebounds to go along with six points.

Following a 76-47 win over East Stroudsburg to stretch its PSAC East opening winning streak to five in a row on Wednesday night, Lock Haven enters play on Saturday at 11-5 overall and 7-3 in league action.
Against East Stroudsburg, Lock Haven trailed by one after the first but led by 11 (34-23) at the half and outscored the Warriors 16-4 in the fourth to coast to a 76-47 victory inside Koehler Field House. Lock Haven shot above 50.0 % in the second half and finished the game shooting 46.0 % (23-of-50) from the field and 41.7 %(5-of-12) from three-point range, while also going 25-for-29 (86.2 %) at the line. Alana Robinson led the Bald Eagles in scoring with 16 points as the entire starting five scored in double figures. Jenadia Jordan added 13, along with 12 from Rhlyn Rouse and 10 each from Madeline Evans and Sydney Lear. Evans was 0-for-6 from the field but 10-for-10 at the line, while also corralling nine rebounds to finish just shy of a double-double.
