LOCK HAVEN, PA – West Chester University senior swimmer,
Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary) was name the male swimming athlete of the week by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tuesday afternoon.
The senior swimmer shined on Senior Night in a dual meet against University of Pennsylvania Friday. Nagy won the 200-yard individual medley and placed second in the 200 butterfly and third in the backstroke in a dual meet against Division I University of Pennsylvania. Nagy posted a winning time of 1:51.14 in the 200 IM while putting up a time of 1:49.91 in placing runner-up in the 200 fly. His time of 1:49.94 in the 200 back was good for third.
Nagy and West Chester will be back in action when the PSAC Swimming Championships take place next month, Feb. 18-21.
